1902 GMT [Dow Jones] Reuters is recovering from a power outage at its London technical center which disrupted services around the world, company spokeswoman Samantha Topping said in NY. "Customers may have lost access to our end-of-day data and foreign exchange transaction capabilities," she said. "Integrated distribution network (IDN) services are in the midst of being restored." Reuters IDN services include terminals, data feeds and specific products, Topping said. "We're investigating the full impact of disruptions." Another company spokesman said the outage began at 1505 GMT (11:05 a.m. EDT). (BWH)
