16:12 EUR/USD: Making New Highs, Spec Demand Overwhelms Profit Taking] Boston,
December 5: EUR/USD has worked through strong offers at 1.2150 from US custody
names, pushing up to a fresh high at 1.2162. Speculative demand remains strong,
but dealers are starting to question where the next catalyst for EUR/USD is
going to come from given the scarcity of short positions left in the market.
1.2200 is the next upside target, where a large concentration of exotic triggers
are rumored. Expect a stall ahead of that level this afternoon. --
